Police find missing Mass. teen Allie Loftis in New Jersey

(CBS) BOSTON - Police have found missing Massachusetts teen Alexandra "Allie" Loftis safe in Jersey City, N.J., CBS affiliate WBZ reports.

The 13-year-old disappeared Nov. 4 after boarding a bus at Boston's South Station heading to New York City.

According to a Wayland, Mass. police statement detectives "confirmed that Loftis was located and taken into police custody around 9 this morning after police received a tip."

Police said they are still investigating the circumstances of her disappearance and her activities since she apparently ran away.
