Patricia Arquette and Thomas Jane Split

NEW YORK (CBS) It's over between actors Patricia Arquette and Thomas Jane.

The Emmy-winning "Medium" star filed for divorce from her actor husband last Friday, Los Angeles court records show. She cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

She is seeking primary physical and legal custody of their daughter, Harlow Olivia Calliope, who was born in 2003.

"The split is completely amicable and their prime focus is their daughter," Jane's rep told People magazine. "They ask that their privacy be respected at this time."

Arquette filed for divorce from the "Hung" star in January 2009, but the two reconciled later that year.

The two met through friends in 2001 and married in Italy in May 2006.
