Owen Wilson splits from baby son's mother, says report

(CBS) -- Actor Owen Wilson has reportedly split from the mother of his 5-month-old son.

According to reports, the "Midnight in Paris" star ended his relationship with girlfriend Jade Duell because he wasn't ready to commit.

Duell, an air marshal, has said to have moved back to New York with the couple's baby to be with her family, while Wilson, who stepped out last week in Los Angeles for the "Cars 2" premiere, is settling in Santa Monica, Calif., the UK's Daily Mail reports.

The actor and Duell started dating over a year ago, according to Entertainment Weekly. They welcomed son Robert Ford on Jan. 14, in Hawaii. It is the first child for Wilson, 42.
