One Direction announces new album, unveils song
Directioners have a reason to smile.
On Monday, One Direction not only unveiled a new song, but also announced a release date for its fourth studio album.
The new album, fittingly titled "Four," will come out on Nov. 17. Leading up to its release comes a new track called "Fireproof," unveiled Monday and available for 24 hours as a free download.
One Direction wrote on its website,"We've worked incredibly hard writing and recording it whilst we've been on the road and we couldn't have done it without your support. As a special thank you for everything you guys have done for us we wanted to give you 'Fireproof' -- it's a track from the album and you can get it for free right now. You'll be able to download it for free for the next 24 hours. We hope you enjoy it and we can't wait for you to listen to the album in full. Thank you, you guys mean the world to us."
"Four" comes on the heels of 2013's "Midnight Memories."
