(CBS) - Sometimes a video comes along that leaves you with a whole bunch of questions. For example, why is that dog driving a car? Is that dog driving a car? Does he have insurance? Is there someone (maybe another dog!) working the pedals? For answers, you'll just have to watch this video for yourself.
