Note to Self: Call for submissions

In our Emmy-nominated series, Note to Self, iconic figures who have pushed boundaries and triumphed through hardship have written letters to their younger selves. 

Now it's your turn. 

As we prepare to launch our book, "Note to Self: Inspiring Words From Inspiring People," we want to hear about the moments that have defined your lives and the lessons you've learned from them. 

We will select one submission, and the "CBS This Morning" team will then shoot and produce the feature to be broadcast on television. 

The deadline is April 20, 2018. The winner will be announced May 8, 2018. You must be 18 years of age or older. Limit one entry per person. (See the official rules here.)

"Note to Self: Inspiring Words From Inspiring People" will be published by Simon & Schuster, a division of CBS. It goes on sale in May.
