Dallas Cowboys cornerback Nolan Carroll arrested for DWI
Dallas Cowboys cornerback Nolan Carroll, 30, has been arrested for driving while intoxicated, reports CBS DFW.
Dallas Police said it happened Monday morning around 2:23 a.m. when an officer stopped a vehicle "for committing a traffic violation" in the 2200 block of McKinney Avenue.
Carroll was booked into the Dallas County Jail and posted bond Monday afternoon, according to the Dallas Morning News citing jail spokeswoman Melinda Urbina said.
He signed a three-year, $10 million contract with the Cowboys in March, CBSSports.com reports. Carroll is a six-year NFL veteran who previously played for the Philadelphia Eagles.
