Niki Cloyd, vs. Jack Osbourne: Judge Denies Protection Order Against Jilted Ex-Girlfriend
NEW YORK (CBS) Ozzy Osbourne's son is a marked man. Just look at his scratched vehicle.
Reality star Jack Osbourne is the victim of the all-too classic bitter break-up motif: The keyed car. The alleged perp is Niki Cloyd, his ex-girlfriend.
Cloyd, 24, was caught on surveillance camera. scratching all over the paint job of Jack's $250,000 Aston Martin on Wednesday, according to TMZ.
The 24-year-old "Osbournes" sibling went before a Los Angeles Superior Court judge today to file a restraining order against his jilted former lover, who he claims "is apparently in a state of unpredictable rage" and fears that "she intends to do further harm" to him and his property.
In documents obtained through TMZ, Jack also makes claims that Niki "went through telephone text messages, [his] private computer files, and flew into a rage, destroying property" in his Hollywood Hills, Calif., home.
Niki was arrested Wednesday on charges that she vandalized Jack's vehicle, but the judge did not grant his protection request, stating there was insufficient evidence for a restraining order. The judge told the self-professed "Adrenaline Junkie": "Don't let her into your home."
Afterall, Jack, there's scarier things to fret upon, like your dad spooking unsuspecting tourists in wax museums.
