New "House of Cards" season 2 trailer: "Hunt or be hunted"

"There is but one rule: hunt or be hunted."

That's the philosophy Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) is professing in the newest trailer for the second season of "House of Cards."

In the two-and-a-half-minute clip, Underwood is seen feeling pretty smug as he's sworn in as the new vice president.

"One heartbeat away from the presidency and not a single vote cast in my name," he says to the camera. "Democracy is so overrated."

But it's not smooth sailing for long -- from the looks of the rest of the trailer, Underwood's dirty dealings might be coming back to haunt him.

Kate Mara and Robin Wright also make appearances in this sneak peek at the new season, which premieres on Netflix on Feb. 14.
