NBC's Jenna Wolfe, Stephanie Gosk welcome a daughter
NBC's Jenna Wolfe and Stephanie Gosk are now new moms.
The "Today" anchor/correspondent and NBC News foreign correspondent have welcomed a daughter.
Harper Estelle Wolfeld Gosk was born at 7:31 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21, and weighs 7 pounds, 13 ounces, "Today" reports.
Both Wolfe and Gosk shared the birth announcement (and some photos) on their Twitter accounts:
Speaking on "Today" Thursday morning, Wolfe (who announced her pregnancy back in March) gushed, "This is the greatest gift. Anyone who's a parent understands what I'm talking about."
She also revealed that they "fell in love" with the name Harper. "It's the perfect combination of athleticism, and gentleness, and kindness, and beauty and a little TV moxie," she said.
And as for Wolfeld? That's Wolfe's actual last name. "It's out of the bag," she joked.
