NBC unveils fall schedule for 2011-2012
(CBS) NBC has unveiled its new fall primetime schedule, which includes six new comedies and six new dramas.
Shows premiering in the fall include "The Playboy Club" (about the original Playboy Club in the early '60s), "Up All Night" (a comedy about balancing work and family, starring Christina Applegate and Will Arnett) and a reboot of the U.K. hit "Prime Suspect" starring Maria Bello.

The lineup was announced Sunday and presented at Monday's upfront.
Other new shows picked up by NBC include an adaptation of Chelsea Handler's book "Are You There, Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea" (starring Laura Prepon, of "That '70s Show" fame, and Handler herself in a recurring role), the supernatural drama "Grimm," Steven Spielberg's musical series "Smash" and the parallel-universe-crossing "Awake."
"Parenthood," "Chuck," "Community" and "The Sing-Off" are all returning in the fall, and "The Voice" will be back in the lineup this winter. Donald Trump, who announced Monday that he will not be running for president, will return for another series of "The Celebrity Apprentice" midseason.
As for the shows that won't be returning? Say goodbye to "Law & Order: Los Angeles," "Outsourced" and "The Event." And, apologies to Wonder Woman fans - David E. Kelly's pilot, starring Adrianne Palicki in the title role, wasn't picked up by the network.
