MTV "Teen Mom" Amber Portwood's baby-daddy arrested in Indiana
(CBS/WISH) ALEXANDRIA, Ind. - Gary Shirley, the baby-daddy of MTV "Teen Mom" Amber Portwood, was arrested early Tuesday morning in central Indiana for driving with a suspended license.

According to a police report obtained by celebrity gossip site RadarOnline, Shirley was arrested in Alexandria after an officer found him arguing with Portwood inside a parked car.
"I could hear a female arguing with a male inside the vehicle," an officer stated in the report.
CBS affiliate WISH reports that Shirley was charged with a Class A misdemeanor of driving while suspended.
Shirley was released from the Madison County Jail on $3,000 bond.
He is the father of Portwood's 2-year-old daughter.
