Missing woman found dead in Baltimore trash incinerator

BALTIMORE -- The body of a Maryland woman missing since Saturday has been found at a Baltimore trash incineration facility, reports CBS Baltimore.

Nicole Marie Torain, 34, was last seen in Baltimore. She lived in neighboring Dundalk.

Her body was found early Monday afternoon at the Wheelabrator trash incineration facility, reports the station. Police responded to the facility about 12:30 p.m. and employees directed them to the woman's body inside, reports the Baltimore Sun.

There were no obvious signs of trauma, police told the paper. Baltimore homicide detectives are reportedly awaiting a report from the state medical examiner's office.
