Mike Adams stabbing: Police say second suspect arrested in attack on NFL player
(CBS/AP) PITTSBURGH - Police say they have arrested a second suspect in the stabbing of Pittsburgh Steelers offensive lineman Mike Adams.
On Monday, authorities detained 26-year-old Dquay Means, charging him with attempted murder, aggravated assault and conspiracy, said Pittsburgh police spokeswoman, Diane Richard.
Police announced Monday that they arrested 25-year-old Michael Paranay on the same charges. Both men are from the Pittsburgh area.
According to Richard, police are looking for a third suspect.
Adams, 23, was stabbed twice on Saturday morning, once on the forearm and once in the stomach, in an attempted car-jacking on the South Side of Pittsburgh. The wounds were not life-threatening.
Preliminary hearings in the case have been set for June 12 and 13.
