Texas mom after giving birth to quintuplets: "This is it"

Steven and Michelle Seals can't wait to hug the new bundles of joy in their lives - all five of them.

Michelle Seals gave birth to four girls and one boy at Baylor University Medical Center Tuesday.

"They're so precious," she told reporters during a news conference Thursday. "They're tiny, and I just love it. I thought I'd be scared because of all of the machines, but I just love it. I can't wait to get my hands on them."

A statement said "they are all healthy and doing well." They're being monitored in the hospital's neonatal intensive care unit.

She said that this was the stork's last visit to the couple.

"This is it," she said. "No more. Half a dozen is plenty for us."

The Seals also have a 2-year-old son.

"This has been a long ride for us, and it's definitely been an interesting ride," Steven Seals said.

The couple, of Maud, Texas, 150 miles northeast of Dallas, named the girls Mia, Tessa, Gracie and Rayleigh. The boy is named Brant.

According to the hospital statement, Mia weighed 2 pounds 10 ounces, Tessa 2 pounds 14 ounces, Gracie 2 pounds 7 ounces, Rayleigh 2 pounds 8 ounces and Brant 3 pounds 6 ounces.
