Members of Congress don't take Syria vote lightly
(CBS News) WASHINGTON -- To get a sense of the pressure Congress is facing from constituents over a potential vote on the use of force in Syria, Scott Pelley sat down with four members Tuesday.
Reps. Joaquin Castro, D-Texas, Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif., Jeb Hensarling, R-Texas, and Scott Perry, R-Pa., discussed why they believe the American people are against a U.S. strike in Syria and what they hoped to hear from President Barack Obama in his address to the nation.
