Gilbert later tweeted that she was glad to get back to rehearsal-mode.
She also tweeted, "nobody puts Halfpint in the corner!" - a dual reference to her "Little House on the Prairie nickname and a scene from "Dirty Dancing."
Gilbert, 47, suffered a mild concussion and whiplash after dancing the paso doble on Monday. Her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy also got hurt.
Chmerkovskiy told Hollywood.com that Gilbert is still on the mend.
"We know how much we have to accomplish in the short time that we have," he said. "But I'm also taking every precaution to make sure that I don't put too much stress on Melissa as she still has very a sore neck and aheadache."
