The "Inception" star, 35, and Canet, 37, first starred together in 2003's "Love Me If You Dare" and began dating in 2007. A source told the magazine that the baby is due in the spring.

Cotillard has been seen sporting a diamond ring on her left hand - a present from Canet - but the source said the couple is not engaged.

"They haven't disclosed any plans concerning marriage," the source added.

Cotillard won an Oscar for her role in 2007's "La Vie en Rose."
