Man with horns tattoo on head wanted for murder in So. Calif.

DOWNEY, Calif. -- Police in Southern California were asking for the public's help Tuesday in tracking down a man wanted for murder, who they say has horns tattooed on his head, reports CBS Los Angeles.

Police officials say Jehosua Ruvalcaba, 27, is suspected of fatally shooting a man in Downey, about 10 miles from Los Angeles, just before 9 p.m. on Aug. 14, according to the station. He was last seen fleeing the scene and police say the handgun believed used was not recovered, and he is considered armed and dangerous.

According to the station, the suspect is described as being 5-foot-5 and about 165 pounds. He was last seen with a shaved head, but in recent weeks may have grown out his hair, which police say is black or brown. Most importantly, they say Ruvalcaba has tattooed horns on the hairline of his head.

Anyone with information about Ruvalcaba or his whereabouts can contact the Downey Police Department at (562) 904-2308.
