Man charged after wife's body found in burning home
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. --The husband of a woman whose body was found April 12 inside a burning home has been arrested and charged with murder,reports CBS affiliate WPEC.
Palm Beach Gardens police have charged 50-year-old David Arthur with first degree murder and first dgree arson in the death of 57-year-old Kathleen Dunleavy.
The alleged victim's body was found after the fire was put out and police soon deemed the blaze 'suspicious.'
Investigators believe Dunleavy was brutally beaten before the fire was set.
Arthur has been taken to the Palm Beach County Jail.
