Man calls cops to avoid baby-sitting, police say

(CBS/AP) FARGO, N.D. - Fargo police were investigating after a man called them to say he was drunk and didn't want to care for a child left in his care.

Police Lt. Joel Vettel said the man's girlfriend left her 1-year-old child with him.

He called police Monday evening to say he wasn't the child's father and didn't want to take care of the boy.

Vettel said both the man and woman were drunk.
