(CBS) Macaulay Culkin captured America's hearts when he was just 10 years old as the mischievous Kevin McCallister in "Home Alone." Now the former child star is 31 and according to photo posted online by Entertainment Tonight, looking much different than before.

An image of the "Home Alone" star looking scruffy and very thin on the streets of New York was posted online, but the actor's reps are saying the actor is in "perfectly good health."

After "Home Alone," Culkin continued to make movies as a child actor including "My Girl," "Home Alone 2: Lost in New York," and "Richie Rich."

Culkin, the godfather to Michael Jackson's first child, grew close to the King of Pop after "Home Alone" and was featured in the singer's "Black or White" music video. Later Culkin testified in Jackson's sexual assault trial, saying that the pop star never touched him. Culkin attended Jackson's funeral in 2009.

Culkin, who has been married once for 2 years in the late '90s, started dating actress Mila Kunis in 2002. The couple split in 2010 after eight years together.
