LL Cool J to host the 2016 Grammy Awards
LL Cool J continues to impress the Recording Academy.
The 47-year-old entertainer has been tapped as Grammy Awards host for a fifth consecutive year.
"The performances and moments that take place on the Grammy stage are awesome in so many ways for the audience and artists alike," LL Cool J said in a statement. "I'm honored once again to host Music's Biggest Night as we celebrate the talented music creators of today. It's going to be an incredible night and I'm excited to share this experience with the world."
Kendrick Lamar leads the 2016 list with 11 nominations. Taylor Swift and The Weeknd are in second place with seven nominations each.
The 58th Grammy Awards will broadcast live Feb. 15, 2016, from 8:00 - 11:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
