Little Printer creates beautiful mini-newspapers

(CBS) - Say hello to the world's most adorable printer.

Little Printer is a tiny thermal printer designed to print news feeds, to-do lists and puzzles. Think of it as a mini-newspaper that will deliver Sudoku puzzles, news articles and daily agendas.

"Little Printer lives in your front room and scours the web on your behalf, assembling the content you care about into designed deliveries a couple of times a day," said Berg chief executive officer Matt Webb.

Berg Cloud works by connecting a small box to your wireless router. Little Printer connects to the box over WiFi.

It took me a second to wrap my head around how it works. There's no configuration or software to install. Everything is processed in the cloud with your smartphone as the remote control.

The company has partnered with Google, Foursquare and Nike to provide content for the Little Printer.

Little Printer will be available in 2012. The company is based in London, so there's no word yet on availability in the U.S.
