Lady Gaga, Ex Rob Fusari Make Legal Peace; Multi-Million $ Lawsuits Dropped

LOS ANGELES (CBS) In addition to settling the score with her musical opponents at MTV's Video Music Awards, Lady Gaga has reportedly put to rest a $30.5 million legal battle with her former music producer and ex-lover Rob Fusari.

Although it is unclear if Fusari and Lady Gaga came to a monetary settlement,  Fusari has dropped his lawsuit against the "Bad Romance" singer, who in turn called off her counter-suit, reports RadarOnline.

In the lawsuit which had been hanging over the singer's lavishly adorned head since March, Fusari claimed that he co-wrote some of the Grammy Award-winner's songs, including Paparazzi and Beautiful, Dirty, Rich, and was denied 20 percent of the singer's song royalties.

He also claimed that he played a vital role in Stefani Germanotta's transformation into Lady Gaga, says the gossip site.

The bottom line, as written in his lawsuit: "All business is personal."

"When those personal relationships evolve into romantic entanglements, any corresponding business relationship usually follows the same trajectory so that when one crashes they all burn. That is what happened here."

RadarOnline revealed Friday that Fusari and Lady Gaga were allegedly having an affair while the songwriter and music producer was engaged.
