Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flatts join ACM Awards performance list

(CBS News) The performance roster continues to grow for the 47th annual Academy of Country Music Awards, set to air live April 1 on CBS.

Blake Shelton, Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flatts and the Band Perry join an already star-studded list of country acts set to perform at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

These artists join previously announced performers Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, Toby Keith, Miranda Lambert and Tim McGraw.

The ceremony, which honors country music's top talent as well as the industry's hottest emerging artists, will be co-hosted by Shelton and Reba McEntire.

Chesney leads the nominees with nine nods, and Aldean is next with six. Lady Antebellum has five nominations, Brad Paisley is up for four and several are in the running for three, including Taylor Swift.
