Kim Kardashian talks pregnancy: "I'm in pain, physically"

Pregnancy apparently hasn't been easy for Kim Kardashian.

The reality star, 32, talked about expecting her first child with Kanye West during an interview with Ryan Seacrest that aired Sunday on E!

"I've had a lot of pain, everywhere. I'm in pain, physically," she said. "I get really paranoid [and] I start Googling things, the things that come up are really scary. It just freaks me out all the time."

She added, "I was waiting for this amazing experience where I can just do whatever I want, eat what ever I want, feel great, and it hasn't been that way."

Khloe Kardashian elaborated on her sister's pregnancy woes: "Her back hurts, her breasts hurt, her stomach hurts, her feet hurts, her head hurts, her eyes hurt, her nails hurt. She cries all the time, too."

Kim also addressed whether she would ever marry again, a timely question considering she and NBA player Kris Humphries' divorce settlement was approved last week.

She's not opposed to the idea of saying "I do" for a third time.

"I do think I would get married again," she told Seacrest. "That's what I've always wanted. And just because you think you find it and you realize that's not it, I think I was brave enough to realize that quickly and not waste time."

"I found what I really wanted," she added of her relationship with West. "So I think I definitely do want that."
