The Los Angeles County birth certificate says little North was born to the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star and her rapper boyfriend at 5:34 a.m. on Saturday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

The certificate doesn't mention a middle name. It also doesn't list her hair or eye color or weight. Kardashian gave birth to North about a month before her expected due date.

An insider told E! News of the baby girl, "They will call her Nori for short. She has black straight hair. Lots of it! Looks like a good mix of both of them, but more like Kim. She's adorable."
