Kevin Hart to host Comedy Central's roast of Justin Bieber
Looks like Kevin Hart will lead the comedic tirade against Justin Bieber for the upcoming "Comedy Central Roast."
The network announced Monday that "The Wedding Ringer" star has been named Roast Master at the event, premiering on March 30 at 10 p.m. ET
"I don't normally do roasts but I had to step out for my guy Biebs ... It's his big 21. It's about to be 'operation roast everyone's ass,'" Hart said.
Kent Alterman, Comedy Central's president of original programming, added: "They say only a good friend would verbally eviscerate another good friend for all his vulnerabilities. Kevin Hart is a very good friend."
Bieber's roast was announced in January, with the biggest supporter of the insult-fest being the Canadian singer himself.
"For years I have wanted Comedy Central to roast me," he wrote on Twitter. "They said only if I provided them w/ more material so for a year now I have worked hard."
Worked hard he has.
Bieber joins a long list of celebrity roastees including James Franco, Charlie Sheen and Donald Trump.
Make sure to tune in on March 30 for what could be the harshest, most hilarious one yet.
