Keeping Score: Obama Support Yields Mixed Results
The political boost that a presidential visit can give to a candidate proved of limited value for the White House and Democrats this year.
During the course of 2010, President Obama did 19 political rallies and 69 fund-raisers, generating in excess of $75 million for Democratic committees and candidates.
And of the 18 candidates for whom Mr. Obama did specific events, the results are mixed:
The Obama Political Scoreboard now reads:
Wins: 6
