Katy Perry Spoofs "Sesame Street" Scandal on "SNL"

NEW YORK (CBS) Katy Perry and Elmo are at it again - but this time, not on "Sesame Street."

The singer poked fun on the season premiere of "Saturday Night Live" at the scandal surrounding a segment she taped for the children's TV show, which was cutafter parents complained that her outfit was too sexy for kids.

Perry came out in a low-cut Elmo T-shirt and short plaid skirt as Maureen DiChico, a neighborhood library volunteer whose attire was too scandalous for reading to children.

She also performed her single "California Gurls" on the show.
