Kate Upton's latest fashion spread may anger some housewives
This probably could have been better worded.
For V Magazine's latest issue, supermodel Kate Upton played dress-up for photographer Sebastian Faena and stylist Anna Trevelyan, posing as "a sexy homemaker" and lounging around a mid-century Americana home.
That's all fine and good, except for the way the project is phrased. "Upton takes a break from her life of drama on the silver screen to play dress-up as the real housewife she could have become had her career on the big screen not taken off," the magazine offered.
That sentiment likely won't sit well with actual homemakers, who likely don't see their lives as the natural consequence of failed acting careers. Also, since when has Upton's big-screen career taken off? Did 2014's "the Other Woman" really do that well?
