Kanye West: "I am Picasso" and "Steve Jobs"
Kanye West is rarely one to shy away from tooting in his own horn -- and now he his taking it to a whole new level.
While performing in Paris Monday night, West compared himself to some of the greatest and most creative minds in history.
"I am Picasso. I am Michelangelo. I am Basquiat. I am Walt Disney. I am Steve Jobs," he said in a clip posted on YouTube.
What will he say next? Audiences will find out when West continues his tour Wednesday in Brussels before wrapping up the European leg on Friday in London. He's also slated to perform at New York's Governors Ball in June.
West, meanwhile, made headlines earlier this week when the March cover of French magazine L'Officiel Hommes surfaced. The steamy shot, taken by Nick Knight, features West in a sensual embrace with his pregnant girlfriend, Kim Kardashian.
The reality TV star opened up about their relationship in the new issue of Cosmopolitan magazine, saying that marriage is "something I know that we both want in our future, but I don't have this sense of urgency about it. I have this best friend who understands me and helps me through all my tough experiences, and vice versa, you know? It just feels like this is it for me."
