Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z announce dates for joint tour
It's official: Two music powers are joining forces for what will likely be one of the biggest tours of the year.
Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z will hit the road together on a 12-city stadium tour dubbed "Legends of the Summer." The outing gets under way July 17 in Toronto and wraps on Aug. 16 in Miami, also passing through New York, Los Angeles, Baltimore, Detroit, Chicago, Philadelphia and Boston, among other major cities.
There have been reports for weeks that the two may team up together on the road. Jay-Z appears on Timberlake's new single, "Suit & Tie," which will appear on his new album, "The 20/20 Experience," due out March 19. They're already headlining the Wireless Festival in London in July.
