Jermaine Jackson to pen book about his famous brother

(CBS/AP) Jermaine Jackson is the latest member of the famous singing family to add author to his resume.

His long-rumored memoir is finally coming out.

Touchstone announced Wednesday that Jermaine Jackson's "You are Not Alone: Michael: Through a Brother's Eye" will be released this fall. Touchstone, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, promises a "faithful and loving portrait," but one with "no subject off limits."

Jackson spoke in 2003 of wanting to write a memoir and reports surfaced again after Michael Jackson's death, in 2009.

Sister La Toya Jackson wrote two books in the 1990s about growing up in the Jackson family and has a new book, "Starting Over," coming out in September.

Sister Janet Jackson's self-help book "True You" was published last month

Their mother, Katherine Jackson wrote, "My Family: The Jacksons" in 1990.

The King of Pop himself even wrote a memoir, the famous "Moonwalk," that came out the year he died.
