Jenelle Evans released from jail after recent arrest
(CBS) "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans has been released from jail after being arrested Monday night for violating a domestic violence protection order, reports say.
The 20-year-old paid $1,000 bond on Tuesday, which allowed her to go free, pending a Feb. 6 court date, reports E! News.
At Evans' pending court date she could face up to 75 days in active jail, her attorney, Dustin Sullivan told E! News.
Evans is no stranger to being in trouble with the law: The MTV reality show star was arrested last week and charged with making harassing phone calls and threatening her former roommate.
Evans was also charged with assault in March. A month later, she received 12 months of probation and community service on a drug paraphernalia charge.
In August, she was charged with a probation violation after testing positive for marijuana and opiates.
Evans has a two-year-old son, Jace, who is in her mother's custody. The MTV spinoff of "16 and Pregnant" and "Teen Mom" follows four mothers through the early years of parenthood.
