Jell-O snack stolen from office fridge, cops called in
(CBS/AP) BREINIGSVILLE, Pa. - As workplace disputes go, this one is pretty far down the food chain.
A man in southeastern Pennsylvania was none too pleased when he discovered that his Jell-O brand strawberry Jell-O snack was missing from the office fridge.
So, naturally, he called the cops.
According to CBS Philly, police in Upper Macungie Township police were called Oct. 10 when, according to a police news release, an employee at Wakefern Food Corp. reported "that an unknown person stole his Jell-O brand strawberry Jell-O snack from the break room refrigerator."
Police say the 39-year-old worker was angry because it wasn't the first time someone had stolen his food from the fridge.
Police say in a news release that "the incident remains under investigation," but so far, no one has been brought to justice.
