Jeff Goldblum, Brian Stokes Mitchell cast as Rachel Berry's gay dads on "Glee"
(CBS) Rachel Berry's gay dads are about to make their "Glee" debut.
TVLine reports actor Jeff Goldblum and Broadway veteran Brian Stokes Mitchell have been cast as the adoptive parents of Lea Michele's character.
Hiram and LeRoy Berry will appear on the show's Valentine's Day episode, which is titled "Heart," according to TVLine, and the duo will get to sing.
Goldblum is known for his TV and film work, but also has a background in theater - he appeared in 1971's "Two Gentlemen in Verona." Stokes Mitchell won a Tony Award in 2000 for his role in "Kiss Me Kate," and has also starred in productions of "Ragtime" and "Man of La Mancha." His TV credits include roles on "Frasier" and "Ugly Betty."
Rachel's biological mother has already been introduced on the show, and is played by Tony winner Idina Menzel.
