WOODSON TERRACE, Mo. (CBS/KMOX) There's growing concern about 19-year-old James "J.J." Willman, a Missouri man who's been missing since early Saturday morning.

Woodson Terrace Police Chief Bob Dowling tells CBS Radio affiliate KMOX, that Willman's car was found on Tuesday near the Mississippi River in far north St. Louis.

"Some red flags came up when we found the car without him and without the plates on it in the area where it was," Dowling told the station. "He really has no reason to be up in that area."

Dowling says there were no signs of a struggle or other foul play. He says Willman has never disappeared before, and hasn't called anybody.

"There's not been any major arguments," Dowling told KMOX. "He's not despondent about anything."

Willman's father says he last saw his son when he went to bed early Saturday morning. Willman was scheduled to be at work at a local McDonald's before daybreak, but never arrived and never called anyone.

Willman is a white male, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds and has dirty blond hair with long bangs.

Anyone with information about Willman's disappearance is urged to call the Woodson Terrace Police Department at 314-427-5858.
