Iraqi officers try to defuse suicide belt on boy in video
Video surfaced Thursday morning that was said to show the tense moments as Iraqi officers tried to defuse a suicide belt strapped to a boy.
Iraqi media report the boy had been recruited by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, or ISIS, to carry out a suicide attack at a shrine in Baghdad.
