In "Survivor: One World," pain takes a toll

Colton, the gay college student from Alabama who managed to control the voting on the men's team and then repeat the process on a new mixed-gender team, was airlifted from camp in this week's episode, to be hospitalized for acute appendicitis.
But he managed to create some ill will and chaos before he left.
He and Alicia, who engineered the blind side of Monica last week, had targeted Christina for the next ouster and let her know it, taunting her and calling her a "cockroach." Their behavior (does she actually work with special needs kids?) was so bad that it began bothering some of their other tribe mates.
It's no wonder someone murmured something about cosmic karma as Colton, writing in pain, was carried by stretcher off the beach. Oh, and he took his immunity idol with him as a souvenir, even though host Jeff Probst pointed out that he could give it away.
Alicia sure could have used it. Boy, was she angry at her former ally. She shed no tears as she watched him go.
And when Probst called both teams to Tribal Council to deliver the news about Colton, she made sure the opposing team knew Colton still had the idol Sabrina gave him at the start of the game.
Some on the other team, however, weren't sure she was telling the truth. Maybe that's because Alicia had already cemented her reputation for lying and meanness before the women's team broke up. (Remember, Kat had a nightmare that Alicia killed her at the mall.)
There was one last twist to the game before this week's episode ended. The tribes were merged- six men and six women, all sporting new black buffs.
What happens next? Is Christina spared? Will Alicia take Colton's place as the game villain and chief strategist? Will Tarzan ever remember anyone's name?
