(CBS) Tis' the season - for holiday-themed coffee drinks.
Starbucks kicked off the holiday coffee craze 25 years ago when it introduced the egg nog latte. Now coffee shops all over the country tout their holiday fare this time of year, from hot cocoa to candy cane flavored coffee drinks.
But the drinks, while tasty, may contain lots of sugar. And too much sugar is tied to increased risks for obesity, diabetes, and heart disease.
