"High School Musical" cast reunites for 10th anniversary
Wow, we feel old.
"High School Musical" is celebrating its 10th anniversary, and the cast is reuniting for a special telecast.
We're not the only ones feeling a little crusty; in a promo for the special, actor Corbin Bleu says fans constantly approach him and say, "You are my childhood." Ouch!
Bleu joined co-stars Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, Corbin Bleu and Monique Coleman in the gym of "High School Musical's" fictional East High, which was decked out with Wildcats banners.
Star Zac Efron was not able to make it to the anniversary special because of scheduling conflicts, but the show will air a pre-recorded message from Efron for fans.
The co-stars of the Disney Channel film seem very excited for the reunion. Grabeel and Bleu even sported their East High rings -- that's commitment.
The "High School Musical" reunion special airs Jan. 20 at 8 p.m. ET on Disney Channel.
