Glenn Close divorces husband David Shaw
Glenn Close has divorced her husband of nine years, David Shaw.
A source told ET that the divorce was "completely amicable."
Shaw was Close's third husband; the "Damages" actress married the biotech entrepreneur in 2006.
Close once said of her ex-husband to "Good Housekeeping": "He's one of the most creative people I've ever met. He's a brilliant man, very much a man's man -- he's incredibly athletic."
The two lived in Scarborough, Maine.
