BUENOS AIRES, Argentina (CBS/AP) There are many things you don't want to hear after surgeons remove a tumor from your body.

"We were totally shocked," Dr. Oscar Lopez, leader of a surgical team that operated on an Argentinean woman said.

That's one of them.

Lopez had pulled a 56-pound tumor from the body of a 54-year-old housewife who prefers to remain anonymous.

His team at Gandulfo Hospital in the city of Lomas de Zamora was expecting something the size of an orange. They pulled out a boulder instead. It was 19 inches across and took four hours to remove. Doctors also removed her uterus ans ovaries, according to the Daily Mail, and are monitoring her for future cancers.

The 343-pound woman said she had felt a constant growth in her abdomen for a year and a half, but just thought she was gaining weight.

She just got a 56-pound diet. No need to call Jenny Craig.
