Ga. woman says thieves who stabbed, beat her pointed gun at her son, 4

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. -- Police are looking for suspects who they say stabbed and beat a woman as they held a gun to her 4-year-old son's head at their home, reports CBS affiliate WGCL.

Milagros Vazquez told the station she was attacked right after dropping her daughter at a bus stop. She said she was returning home when three men held a gun to her son and threatened to rape her if she didn't give them money.

The suspects proceeded to beat and stab the woman in front of the child, the station reports.

The incident occurred Thursday morning, according to WSB-TV.

Vazquez said the suspects fled in a white, 2007 Nissan Quest van with the license plate number PSC 1330.

They are asking for anyone with information regarding the case to contact Gwinnett County police at 770-513-5000.
