George Lucas to Revive Dead Movie Legends for Film Reunion?
George Lucas reportedly is "buying up the film rights to dead actors" in order to revive them in future films using 3D technology.
The Sun quotes a friend of Lucas, Mel Smith, saying the Star Wars creator wants to bring the dead actors alongside each other for the first time and that Lucas was "obsessed" with computer-generated imagery.
"George has been buying up the film rights to dead actors in the hope of using computer trickery to put them all together, so you'd have Orson Welles and Barbara Stanwyck alongside today's stars," Smith said.
