"Friday Night Light's" Zach Gilford ties the knot

Zach Gilford of NBC's "Friday Night Lights" tied the knot with his fiancee, actress Kiele Sanchez, on Dec. 29 in California, reports Us Weekly.

Gilford, 30, and Sanchez, 36, met in 2010 on the set of the ABC pilot "The Matadors," which was not picked up. The announced their engagement last December.

Gilford told E! News in July, "We set a date. We found a magical, magical place to get married and I'm excited. It is going to be cool."

This is the first marriage for Gilford and second marriage for Sanchez, who is divorced from writer and film director Zach Helm, according to Us.

Gilford, who is known best for portraying quarterback Matt Saracen on the critically acclaimed TV show "Friday Night Lights," recently starred in the FOX series "Mob Doctor," but it was canceled after 13 episodes. Sanchez, who appeared on ABC's "Lost," currently stars in A&E's "The Glades."
