Flight attendant's body found in trunk, say Ind. police
GARY, Ind.- Authorities in northwest Indiana are conducting a murder investigation after finding the body of a flight attendant in the trunk of a car about 30 miles outside of Chicago, CBS Chicago reports.
The body of Decarol Deloney-Cain, 54, was found Monday in the trunk of an abandoned car in a wooded area in Gary, Ind.
The Lake County Coroner's office determined Deloney-Cain had suffered multiple stab wounds and blunt force trauma to the head.
Deloney-Cain was a mother of three and a flight attendant for United Airlines, according to the station.
She was last seen by her family just before the Fourth of July.
Cops have searched her home in Crown Point, Ind., says CBS Chicago.
