Watch the first teaser trailer for the new "Magnificent Seven" remake
Given his storied Hollywood career, it's hard to believe Denzel Washington hasn't starred in a western. Well, there's good news for fans who feel that's an oversight, as he's leading the new "Magnificent Seven," revealed in the film's first teaser trailer Wednesday.
And if that wasn't enticement enough, "Jurassic World" star Chris Pratt is along for the ride as well -- and it looks like an awful lot of fun.
Director Antoine Fuqua ("Training Day," "The Equalizer") re-teams with Washington for a new take on the classic western as desperate townsfolk enlist a group of seven outlaws and misfits (Washington, Pratt, Ethan Hawke, Vincent D'Onofrio, Byung-Hun Lee, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo and Martin Sensmeier) to take on the ruthless industrialist (Peter Sarsgaard).
